The Office of the Bachelor of Cameroon (Obc) aims at digital deliberation to limit the hiccups
The official exams 2019 will know an innovation in the mechanisms of work to avoid certain dysfunctions observed in the previous years. We note among other malfunctions, cases of absences and resignations not properly managed. These deficiencies have undoubtedly led the Office to review their working mechanisms. Indeed, digital is the ideal way to improve the failures for the upcoming session. To this end, the kick-off was given on May 2nd to strengthen the capacities of all actors involved in the deliberation chain. In the same launch, the leaders of the Obc organized on May 9th, a workshop with links in the chain of deliberation, to improve applications in view of the malfunctions observed previously, also to save time. Subsequently, the resolutions were adopted: to fine-tune the digital switchover that existed three years ago, no false note during the 2019 session, to make the certification process for this institution more credible, to strengthen the capabilities of the digital report contents.
